70th Annual Tucson Gem and Mineral Show®
February 13 – 16, 2025
Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show®. The featured theme will be “Shades of Green – Experience the Magic” The Show is presented by the Tucson Gem and Mineral Society, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging the interest and study in geology, mineralogy, lapidary and allied earth sciences.
The Tucson Gem and Mineral Show® is advertised in major trade journals, including The Mineralogical Record, Tucson Show Guide, Lapidary Journal, Rocks & Minerals Magazine and Rock & Gem Magazine.
The 69th Annual Tucson Gem and Mineral Show® will be held February 13– 16, 2025, at the Tucson Convention Center. Show hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. The Show is open to the general public. Children 14 years old and younger are free with a paying adult.
Participation in the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show® is by invitation only. In the Educational Exhibitor section below, there is a place for you to indicate your intent and request your invitation to becoming an Educational Exhibitor at the 2025 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show®. This section should include information on your organization/agency and any other information you consider pertinent. Pictures and/or brochures are helpful (specify if you wish to have them returned). You cannot sublet, share or assign any part of a booth without written consent of TGMS. We have provided you with a form that will give us your correct name, address, phone number, fax number and E-mail and what size booth you are interested in.
Booths are all 10′ in depth and vary from 10′ to 30′ in length. Booths are equipped with three-foot side drapes and an eight-foot back drape. Booth inventory also includes a sign, table(s) and chairs (number dependent on the size of the booth).
Jr. Education Table: Open during Show hours starting at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 14th through 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 16th. Members of the Society of Earth Sciences Students from The University of Arizona staff the Jr. Education Table. The children have an opportunity to learn about geology, paleontology and mineralogy, and each child will receive samples of minerals to take home. Donations of mineral samples suitable for splitting and handing out are always appreciated.
School Visits Program: Friday, February 14th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The Show opens at 9:00 a.m to the school children only! The general public is admitted beginning at 10:00 a.m. (The Galleria is open at 9:00 a.m. everyday and that is where all of the Educational Exhibitors are located.) This is another very popular program, and it succeeds because of the support of the Dealers and Educational Exhibitors in our Show. The Dealers and Educational Exhibitors also interact with the children by answering questions and providing demonstrations.
